Job Description
Crafts Inc.is a 100% Employee-Owned Company that has pledged to be a leader in the roof construction industry for over 75 years and is now filling positions in our roofing department.
Do you like working outside? Not afraid of heights? And enjoy working as a team? If so, then we have a position for you. The roofing positions involve installing, repairing and maintaining commercial (flat) roofs throughout mainly northeast Wisconsin and beyond.

Entry Level

Seasonal (summer) positions - High school graduates and college students are encouraged to apply.
Our Ideal Candidates
18 years or older
Available to work Monday thru Friday with some overtime
3-month commitment (June, July, Aug) College students can start earlier.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Drivers' License Preferred
Commercial Driver License +$1.50/hr
Willingness to learn – No Experience Necessary
Work with crew in a safe, organized and productive environment
Operate construction hand tools and other equipment (We will train)

Periodic performance reviews which can include hourly increases
